Put the .ptf files to your PSP's theme directory "X:/PSP/THEME/". Some of the files are in .7z/.zip format (Those have extra wallpapers inside). Extract them using any unarchiving program (e.g. 7-Zip, WinRAR, WinZip) of your choice.
The PSP is such a great emulation device. Currently playing a lot of SNES, Mega Drive, MegaCD and PS1.
