PSP Themes. Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

To create your own theme you need to download the official Sony PSP Theme Creator. Prepare preview icon, preview image and wallpaper for your theme, select file> export and you will have your theme in PTF format.

You can unzip it anywhere, but if you’ll be doing a lot of Themes or want to use the pre-made default while going through this walkthrough, you’ll have to extract it directly to your C:\ drive (C:\PSP Theme Toolbox\).
