You should double check and make sure the ISO folder is on the root of the memory stick, not in the PSP folder. So the folder should be in like, G:\ISO, not G:\PSP\ISO

Once you have the Cheat.db file all you need to do is navigate to the Cheats folder ((PPSSPP root directory > memstick > PSP > Cheats)) and place it inside of this folder. This is the same folder that all of your cheat files get saved in when you auto generate them.

On windows, if you have everything set up properly, but ppsspp isn't loading your cheats menu at all, you may have to try moving your PPSSPP folder to the root of your C:\ Drive. Try this first, and if it works, you may be able to move it to another folder.
20 lut 2017 · I noticed that initially PPSSPP didn't have a full memstick folder including everything from a formatted magic gate memory stick duo. Possible breakage on applications that will want access to other folders to display information. Also, support for homebrew and PS1 games (they come in form of PBP). Root.
In the Android version of PPSSPP, the memory stick is simply the SD card or USB storage of your phone, PPSSPP will create a PSP folder in the root of that. On Windows without installer, the memory stick is the "memstick" subdirectory in the PPSSPP folder.
