Basically if you just drag that 'PSP' folder from within the download onto the ROOT of your memory stick, you should be good. From there, unplug your PSP and go into Games>Memory Stick on the XMB (Cross media browser).

All Install is a program that can download and install a number of things for the PSP. It can install homebrew (into game categories folders), plugins (automatically edit your vsh.txt, game.txt, and/or pops.txt), themes, gameboots and version.txt's, etc.
So long as this file is inside of the correct folder on your computer ( (PPSSPP root directory > memstick > PSP > Cheats)) then all you need to do is select "Import from cheat.db" while in a game and it'll auto download all of the available cheats for you.

No .ISO files show up under memory stick on PSP. just the emulators and infinity and pro-c. Files show up under file folder on computer. Shortened names of files to NCAA2004.iso or GTA VC.iso ect. Downloaded emulators (NesterJ and Daedalusx64) both seem to operate fine. I have tried multiple .ISO files.
