I have found out this is due to the 5ghz WiFi band being unstable. Switching to 2.5 ghz will stop the issue altogether, but the download speed will be slower. It will get sorted with another firmware update. I prefer to leave it on and just restart if needed, since I can’t stand slow downloads.
