I have almost done all the modding I need for this project such as installing the PS3 motherboard into the case and mounting 2 Deepcool CPU coolers on the CPU and GPU of the PS3.
I've bought two PS3 in the last two weeks from OfferUp for $50 each. Hacked the phat console and kept the two best controllers. Sold the extra console, controllers and games worth nothing in trade for $50.

So this year the perfect storm happened. I had enough spare parts laying around and finally went through with it.
