For starters a majority of the games are BLUS/NPuB or for the US so that immediately cancels out anyone from Europe and Asia. There are a lot more websites that are region friendly like psndl.net and NoPayStation.com
The best plugins to download are Multiman and Webman. I have been doing this like 2 weeks and I haven't received any problems except there are games that has over 17.000 files, that took me 1 day to copy to usb.
