  3. Both should be same when it comes to reliability, I'd say take one that has lower runtime and/or warranty sticker intact. One advantage the 80gb has is it has a better smoothing filter than the 60gb. I have the 80gb model. I've had it since the mgs4 bundle was released, and it works flawlessly till this day.
