19 sie 2008 · The 60GB and 40GB versions have been retired, and (in the UK, at least) we're left with a console with 80GB storage, less USB ports, no memory card slots at all and no backwards compatibility.

Both should be same when it comes to reliability, I'd say take one that has lower runtime and/or warranty sticker intact. One advantage the 80gb has is it has a better smoothing filter than the 60gb. I have the 80gb model. I've had it since the mgs4 bundle was released, and it works flawlessly till this day.
I have AMD Ryzen 7 4800u, 8 cores/16 threads, integrated vega 8 graphics, 64gb DDR4 Ram, 2tb m.2 SSD and using Samsung 256gb flash drive for most of my games. I've only gotten motorstorm pacific rift up and running but it's sluggish...I'm wondering if I'm wasting my time with PS3 emulation?
