Right-click the controller and select Uninstall device. The drivers will be re-installed automatically. Or Type in your controller’s model into Google and also add drivers at the end.

I have a PS3 controller I've been using with my PC (connected with SCPToolKit). Every other game recognizes the controller and maps to it (recognizes it as an XBOX controller but I can still use it), but Warzone doesn't recognize it and the option to change to using a controller from keyboard/mouse is locked/greyed out.
