Prowritingaid has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My problem was that someone paid 30 pounds for a monthly subscription, without my consent, yet the company refused to give me a refund despite me cancelling the product in less than 30 minutes.
I believe my Pro Writing Aid account was hacked, but I'll never know because they won't be honest about it. I have a one-year licence with them that expires in December. This week I noticed they had suddenly charged me $470 on my credit card. They did not advise me that they had done this.
