Terrible Customer service. Prowritingaid has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My problem was that someone paid 30 pounds for a monthly subscription, without my consent, yet the company refused to give me a refund despite me cancelling the product in less than 30 minutes.
Is ProWriter a scam? Looking for Help. I have a friend that signed up for this ProWriter job board. They have a better comprehension of the English language then I do and the robot grader told them they got every single question wrong. I'm curious if this is a known problem with this company or not. My friend and I are both native english speakers.

At the basic level you get for free it can be helpful with straightforward spelling, grammar, and style - though with some glitches.
