The Provari v2.5 is built to work with 2 different battery sizes, including an 18650 battery and a 18500 battery. For the 18650 battery, the v2.5 comes with an extra cap, while an 18500 battery can be used by simply opening the top cap.
The pre-order price shown when I use the link from my email is $250, of course that's without the starter kit. The price with the starter kit that has 2 of the largest batteries, a charger, and an Aspire Nautilus tank is $309.95. Compared to the 2.5 starter kit which is $212.95.
