Sharingan is obtained through Uchiha eyes, a rare possible spec from the Random Specialization shop option. The first 3 eye lvls are gotten by using 3 Uchiha eyes, the 4th will assign you a random Mangekyō Sharingan based on a character from the show Naruto.
