Two Point Hospital is made by some of the same people who made Theme Hospital, and it carries much of the same humor, aesthetic and gameplay of TH. I would say TPH is easier than TH but it's still very, very entertaining. Project Hospital is a slightly more realistic/detailed take on things.

Project Hospital Reviewed! Got this game about a month ago. It left enough of an impression on me to do a review on it. Have a gander! Amazing review!! I love simulation games and I want to play it so badly, but I'm afraid it'll be boring after a few hours.
30 paź 2018 · Project Hospital is the best hospital sim on the market, better than Two Point Hospital. It is the real heir of Theme Hospital.
The sweet spot is 15 bed per department. Start with one special department ward before adding the ED ward. ED wards tend to generate less money because they refer patients to the special departments. And if you haven't build them yet, theses patients leave without paying anything.
