Many of us who use a CPAP, BiPAP, or other breathing devices have maybe been curious about a SoClean machine that has been advertised on TV quite a bit. I'm not sure but I would imagine that it could also be used for a Trilogy machine or any device which has the same size hoses if their equipped with a water reservoir.
I think the trick is to follow the instructions from SoClean: use the provided fragrance-free soap to thoroughly clean your mask and if feasible, use new tubes and generally clean your machine as best as possible prior to setting up your SoClean 2.

My husband uses CPAP and we have been considering purchasing this cleaning device. Cleaning the hose with vinegar is a brilliant idea and at this point an affordable option. Please note that the SoClean machine only kills bacteria. It does not clean the mask or tubes of dirt, oil or any other material. You still need to wash the mask and hoses.
