I tend towards the P-665 unless I know I'm going to use a lot of it for a one-off, then I go with BMI's store brand tape. For colored spike, my suppliers just carry Pro-Gaff, but I also use P-661 for glow in the dark.

Nashua 357 is industry standard everywhere in Australia, only ever see Pro-Gaff working for American bands. It seems really sub-par compared to Nashua, is there something I'm missing?
Progaff is really the only option in my mind. I've used it exclusively for a number of years and it works great. Recently, a film team handed me a roll of rosco brand and it almost didn't register to me that it was supposed to be gaff tape.
Pro Gaff rolls are 55 yards. Fake Gaff is often 30 yards. Check the roll length & check out this video before you buy.
