With an F rating via the BBB and from my horrid experiences with them - run as fast and as far away from this pathetic company as you can. I have never dealt with a worse company. Customer support for any level of membership (note: I am a pro member) is absolutely terrible.
Ofoto delivered the prints in 3 days via Fedex, and Printroom sent theirs via Express Mail and they arrived in 4 days. Ofoto wins because they really give you nice vellum 8x10 and 4x6 envelopes to keep your pictures in. I was disappointed to see my 4x6 prints just dropped in the envelope from Printroom free to shift around and bend.
