POWDER is a "roguelike" game written by Jeff Lait (a physicist by day), and freely available (including source) from its official homepage. This particular game is awesomely cross-platform.

It's important to note that POWDER is one of the few roguelike games that doesn't actually have specific classes. Instead, upon gaining a level, the player must choose between one of several deities, which will determine his 'class' benefits. Each of the deities represents a class.
I started making a new wiki site since the old armoredtactics wiki for POWDER is gone and it is annoying to access it on the wayback machine. I also did this so it could be edited an updated to reflect the version 118 changes that I am completely unfamiliar with.
