The Change of Status, or C11 as it is commonly known, allows Agency Administrators to add existing officers to the agency roster, report changes in rank/status, and remove officers from the agency roster.
You may be eligible to receive Georgia POST basic law enforcement certification if you meet the following requirements: You attended a basic law enforcement training course in another state or with the federal government; Your certification as a peace officer in another state or with the federal government is valid.

Employing agencies shall inform the Council in writing within fifteen (15) days of any change of status in an officer's employment to include: hiring, resignation, change of home address, legal name change, promotion, administrative demotion, and education level.
