1 mar 2011 · The treatment of both nonerosive and erosive IMPA involves immunosuppressive, immunomodulating, and disease-modifying drugs. In dogs with nonerosive IMPA, the prognosis and response to treatment vary according to cause but is often guarded to good, with many patients responding to single agent or combination drug therapy.
JM’s Polyisocyanurate foam, known as TRYMER® PIR, is a closed-cell, high-performance insulation for use in industrial and commercial applications. TRYMER PIR is manufactured into bunstocks to be fabricated into the appropriate shapes and sizes for pipes, vessels, equipment, and duct applications.
Figure 1. Blood smear in a dog with immune-mediated haemolytic anaemia. Note the anisocytosis (variable size of red blood cells) and polychromasia (presence of polychromatophils: immature red blood cells that are larger and more basophilic; green arrows). A nucleated red blood cell is present (red arrow), consistent with red cell regeneration.
Treatment for an infectious (bacterial) polyarthritis involves antibiotic therapy. Treatment for immune-mediated polyarthritis involves the use of a single drug or multiple drugs to “turn off” or suppress the immune system.
IMPA treatment should target the underlying cause if identified. If tick-borne diseases are geographically prevalent, initial therapy should be limited to analgesics and empiric treatment with doxycycline.
POLYISOCYANURATE FOAM INSULATION DESCRIPTION Trymer® 2000XP insulation is a closed-cell insulation that features improved dimensional stability over a wider range of temperatures than standard polyurethane insulation. Trymer 2000XP insulation is polyurethane modified polyisocyanurate (PIR) cellular plastic. The rigid insulation is supplied in the
1.1 This guideline covers the installation of TRYMERTM Rigid Poly isocyanurate Insulation in above ambient and hot piping systems. If the system undergoes cycling such that the service temperature is ever below ambient, the appropriate service temperature guideline should be consulted.
