This procedure is done from the System Web Interface of a Poly VideoOS device. Enter the IP address of the device in a web browser to open the System Web Interface. Go to General Settings > Device Management. Select Check for Updates. The system will find a software version for the device.
If Update Options is missing and there's only the About button, you either have a volume license install or your company is using Group Policy to manage Office updates. Try Microsoft Update or contact your company help desk. To download an update manually, see Office Updates.
Install the Camera Control app on the conferencing PC to provide meeting participants with native camera controls. IMPORTANT: If Poly Lens Desktop is installed on the conferencing PC, disable Launch Poly Lens on Startup in Poly Lens Desktop under Settings > General.
