Sims now have preferences regarding relationships and exclusivity. They can ask each other to be non-exclusive, which may mean being polyamorous or being in an open relationship or just about anything that fits! The broad wording is to be inclusive.
Let Sims have preferences re. exclusiity and form non-exclusive relationships, trouples, and more!

If you want to just quickly add polygamy, MCCC has this under the MC woohoo settings to enable polygamy. If you want actual gameplay associated with polygamy, I recommend Lumpinous open love life which enables polyamory/ENM with associated relationship-focused gameplay.
