Roserade and Houndoom are gonna be your best bets. Rapidash and Flareon aren’t on the same level as houndoom. Magmortar is, but you need trade evolution to get it. Infernape is actually the best sinnoh fire type but you can’t get it, obviously. For grass Roserade is easily your best option.
