24 lut 2017 · Is it possible to update the PS2 Firmware? I read about an update (but the mentioning was very vague) that doesn't need to be flashed nor is it possible to be flashed, instead it is to be stored on the memorycard.
The PlayStation 2 (PS2) is a home video game console developed and marketed by Sony Computer Entertainment. It was first released in Japan on 4 March 2000, in North America on 26 October 2000, in Europe on 24 November 2000, and in Australia on 30 November 2000.
UPDATE: There is a new update available for both PS2NETBOX and PS2USB2.0 adapters. See CHANGELOG on first post for more details on the new: 2018-03-22 package. IMPORTANT: you need to own one of the above devices to be able to use the following Apps and Updates.
21 wrz 2021 · I know the software and drivers does not necessarily need updating, but I would like to update them to the latest versions - like how one may update their motherboard firmware. I have FreeMCBoot on a memory card which I bought a very long time back.
