Click Update Driver, then Browse Computer for Driver Software, then Let me pick from drivers on my computer, then USB Input Device. Click OK, and exit out of Device Manager. Your Buzz controller should now be detected by PCSX2.
Update the app and controller to the latest software version. Turn off your controller, and then try connecting again. If the game isn't working properly, close the app, and then try connecting the controller again. If your controller is responding unexpectedly, try resetting your controller.
