Steve is the current interim superintendent for Pitman School District. Steve serves Crispin Basketball as a consultant and, on days of his choosing, a camp director and a coach at club practice. His specialty is individual skill development and he also runs smalls groups to put that specialty to use, especially in the area of shooting.

Steve Crispin is the father of Joe and Jon Crispin and was their primary basketball influence growing up. He played High School basketball at Glassboro High School in New Jersey and scored 1450 points during his career (without the benefit of the three point line).
