They’re bad points per hour, but they give 5 larran’s keys per hour which is significant. They’re over 1m / hr profit with the keys, and drop hard clues, so it depends on what you’re going for. I like getting gp and clues with my Wildy tasks, and the ecumenical keys are a bonus.

Slayer reward points are rewarded after every completed Slayer task, from every Slayer Master except Turael and Spria. The higher level the Slayer Master, the more points are received. Additionally, bonus points are awarded after every 10th, 50th, 100th, 250th, and 1,000th completed task.
Krystilia can now assign bloodvelds, hill giants, moss giants, black knights, pirates and zombies as a Slayer task. The black pirate's hat was recoloured.

You can also get easier slayer tasks from lower levelled slayer masters and 'point boost' on a higher levelled slayer master for hitting your 10th/50th/100th/250th/1k task.
