My friend recently launched her YouTube channel LivAligned - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbihUf8wrPgUEWHmdGkBBbw - which has a range of bite-sized mat pilates workouts. Still very much building out her library of videos but I did a couple today and loved them!

"Flow with Mira" is a great Youtube channel for all-purpose Pilates. It is run by Mira Hassan, a BASI certified pilates instructor, so you will be guided well. She has videos for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), with playlists to follow each day or howsoever you use them.
I've been doing pilates for 13 years now, 5 days a week, 30-45 minutes. my entire torso feels solid, and that I'm in control of all the muscles. Core, chest, back, obliques, etc. I'm at the age where lifestyle catches up (37), and I haven't felt any of the aches or pains some of my peers are starting to complain about.
Results are wide reaching changes. Not only superficial and visible. Admiring thinness and muscle tone as a primary result is part of the whole problem with the fitness and health industry. Results are having a body that moves well and ages well.
Annie pilates she has a 30 day challenge and i think is a good way to start your journey in pilates. She also has other great videos. https://youtube.com/c/AnniePilatesPhysicalTherapist
Pilates has completely transformed my body in 2 months. Toning, Body, Weight Talk. Literally in the first picture everyone was telling me to lift heavy weights and I literally stopped and got class pass and have gone 3 times a week, I tell everyone. Archived post.
I found Pilates gave me amazing results in my core both visually and in terms of strength. I also loved how it kept my thighs quite long and lean as I find they can get quite chunky and dumpy looking if I'm doing a lot of squats and dead lifts.
