1 dzień temu · In a small saucepan add white vinegar, water, cane sugar, and kosher salt. Heat over medium to low heat until the sugar and salt has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and immediately pour over the tomatoes. Tightly screw on the lid and allow to cool for 1 hour before refrigerating.
Directions. In a stockpot over medium-high heat, bring vinegar, water, sugar, salt, peppercorns and bay leaf to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add vegetables and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
