17 wrz 2021 · Only restart if you feel like your too weak and unable to progress. Skillbooks aren't rare and you can always pickpocket them. Also you don't lose the skills you already learned on your character, they will remain in your skillbook, should you decide to respec again.
Once that is deleted or moved, start the game and you should be able to restart your career. Your other progress (character, skills, challenges, etc) should be unaffected. If you have multiple characters, then you'll have to search inside of each DATA file to see which folder corresponds to which character (again, it should be one of the last ...

You're supposed to hold the back button on the calendar screen to discuss retirement. Or you can hold both shoulder buttons or the Left Shift key while choosing the "Career" option to force a restart. A forthcoming update will make restarts easier.
