Question. Interesting tidbit about my 20inch Philips that I haven't found too much info about. This crt has component, s video, and composite inputs, but only the s video and composite video inputs are passed through to the AV output, the component video is seemingly unable to be passed through.

I can get a Philips CRT from my Grandpa, model #20PT6341/37 (for free). I cannot find the remote to test it out and cannot change it to A/V with the buttons on the front of it. Would any IR remote work? I believe I need a RCLU011 model remote and some are pretty cheap on ebay.
