The Philadelphia Passport Agency only serves customers who are traveling or submitting their passports for foreign visas within 14 days or 28 days, respectively. To apply at the Agency, you must schedule an appointment.
At the Chestnut street main po at 30th street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, you will find a Passport Acceptance Facility where you can pick up a passport application form or submit an application for passport processing by mail. (Mail-in processing may take up to 6-8 weeks.)
