Poor Quality Product and Poor Customer Service. I previously ordered a 28 inch Petmate Sky kennel off of Amazon for an upcoming overseas move. I stored the kennel in my office where it wouldn't be bothered. A month later I put it together about 5 days before the flights and noticed a huge crack in the corner.
