Berdasarkan pada Statistik Penduduk Suku ke-4 2019, Kelantan mempunyai seramai 2,000,000 orang penduduk. Kaum Melayu merupakan kaum yang terbesar iaitu sebanyak 96%, diikuti dengan kaum Cina 3.8%, kaum India 0.3% dan lain-lain kaum 0.9%.
