While this is all true, there is only one meet and greet you can use the Debit card with. In Epcot, the Chase card holder Meet and Greet (Mickey and friends) is for both debit and credit cards. However, in H.S. (Kylo ren) it specifically says for Credit Card holders.
You don't have to get the Disney credit card just to receive the extra perks like exclusive character meet and greets. If you have a chase debit card, you can simply ask them for the Disney debit card (nothing changes except the look of the card).

Disney Visa perks come with both credit card types; some are great even if you don't spend much on the card.
