1 paź 2024 · This logo was brought back by PBS as the logo for their "PBS Digital Studios" YouTube channel, as well as the PBS Retro channel, which was launched on the Roku Channel on April 24, 2024. Variants: There were two different endings: one with a fadeout, and one without a fadeout.
The logo was still used on new episodes of PBS shows until 1985, even as the next logo below was introduced. PBS Digital Studios adopted this logo (sans the company name underneath) from 2014 to 2019 with the introduction of its new logo which includes the tri-colored letters, and PBS Retro has been using this logo for its live streaming ...
Availability: Extinct on television. Can be seen on the 1965 program “Changing World: Southeast Asia, the Other War” available for viewing on the Museum of Broadcast Communications Archives website. Scare Factor: Not as widely remembered as the 1968 logo and later PBS logos.
