They have exorbitant contracts with a lot of lesser known artists and extort them to only create artwork for Park west. They did this to Britto before he got heavily famous. They also had an exclusive contract with Thomas Kinkade (back then before he killed himself in a car accident).

Park West definitely has a bad reputation… mainly because they waaaay overcharge / outright scam people stuck on cruise ships with ship-based auctions and gallery sales. Hopefully, they just let you cancel the transaction.
23 maj 2024 · I have spent Thousands of dollars at Park West Galleries over the past two decades. Instead of apologizing for their actions, it seems as though Park West is deliberately trying to defraud its customers-truly a new low!
