Using the straightforward process detailed here, you can crank out great-looking doors for many applications, including furniture, cabinets, and built-ins. Frames use 3⁄4"-thick stock with 1⁄4" panels in various materials and veneers.

Install top pivot(s), guide roller(s) and bottom pivot(s) by drilling 7/16" diameter holes, 2" deep, as shown. Install hinges on edge of panels, centering third hinge. TOP PIVOT(S) - Centered 1-11/4" from edge, spring loaded (depress to install). 7/16" DIA. recess 2" deep.
