First, choose the third BestVideo option on the right (The one that looks like BestVideo [EXT=MP4]...). This will make sure it downloads the best video (highest resolution and frame rate) as well as the best audio track to accompany it.
You can certainly sideload on Roku - everyone who has one should know that. Since the death of Pear TV there's been nothing much worth bothering with, and I read that Roku are about to crack down on private channels too. The only two private channels I use are Jellyfin Beta and Twitch.
Pandora is free and all Roku apps are technically free, though some (like Netflix or Hulu Plus) require subscriptions to actually use. I have a Roku 1 and it's great, also works with fantastic home media server Plex.

31 gru 2023 · Kindly try to perform the correct sequence to reboot this channel by removing the channel, restarting the device by going to Settings > System > Power (skip if option unavailable) > Restart, and adding the channel. You can also try to check for the channel's update by clicking the star button on your remote.
