7 sty 2017 · Panasonic should either offer reasonable repairs costs, or access to parts and repair manuals. They need to partner with other facilities. There is a camera and lens repair shop in my area, but they don't support Panasonic because they can't get the parts.
In total I paid 428 EUR for the service and repair - 78 EUR more than I had paid for the camera, the camera cost me 778 EUR in total and that was an expected price when I bought it. I also own a Hasselblad 501CM with four lenses and three film backs.
Parts. Part pricing is based on Panasonic’s suggested retail price. Estimates. Estimate will be provided at our minimum labor rate plus applicable taxes, and will be deducted from the total cost of repair. The shipping cost will be extra.
