I am seeing complaints about this company all over social media right now and on the Better Business Bureau's website. Truly THE WORST company I've ever dealt with in my life. Right now, I've got a complaint out to the BBB, and I'm also looking into an attorney.

A positive review for 1-800-PACKRAT. I stalked this site for a little while and was between PODS and PackRat for my container move. We moved long distance (~1000 miles) and were trying to save a few bucks. I started with PODS who quoted me at $4,000 initially, and by the end of it went with PackRat for $2800.
