Phillip currently serves as the Director of Bands at Pace High School. He received his Bachelor of Jazz Studies, Magna Cum Laude, at University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida and pursued his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.
The Pace Band Program has upheld and continued to build upon a long standing tradition of excellence since 1972. Since the beginning, each band director has uniquely made their individual contributions towards making our program one of the finest.

The Pace Band program is very multi-faceted: including three concert ensembles, a marching band, a jazz ensemble, chamber ensembles, an indoor percussion ensemble, and a winterguard program.
