The PLCB's Licensee Online Order Portal (LOOP) provides visibility into current and upcoming product sales, allowing licensees to plan purchases around sales to achieve cost savings. LOOP also provides price-per-ounce information so that licensees can compare products, and the system instantly shows licensees how much is saved on an order.
To avoid delays in accessing the new LOOP and placing orders beginning July 3, sign up for LOOP today so your account information transfers from the current system to the new LOOP. All registered LOOP users as of Tuesday, June 27 will automatically receive an email to set up a password for the new system when it is available.
Login to your account: Through PLCB+, licensees can conduct licensing and permitting business securely, quickly and simply over the Internet. Each licensee must first register for a PLCB+ account. If you are a current licensee without an access code, you may email ra-lblicensingmod@pa.gov to obtain one.
