Medical Authorization/Bill Pay Web Portal A link to access OWCP's web bill processing portal, where medical providers may enroll to treat injured federal employees, check eligibility for services, submit medical authorization requests and bills, and view authorization and bill status.
Providers can review list of covered procedures codes by accessing the “CPT, HCPCS, ADA & OWCP Codes with RVU and Conversion Factors” file from the OWCP Fee Schedule. Please be sure to acknowledge the disclaimers and select the appropriate year before accessing the file.
Step 3: Log into the WCMBP Provider Portal at OWCP Connect (dol.gov), select your provider type and follow screen prompts. Providers may save incomplete applications and resume enrollment at a later time.
