17 maj 2023 · You can go to file > options > add-ins > Go . Check Microsoft Teams /Skype has a check mark or not. If not click, check that option and click on Apply. Close outlook and re-open . Once it is re-open check If online status next to name in Outlook is greyed out. If not then you have to add the add-in. Please refer below steps to add the add in
I'm struggling to find the EXEs for both New Outlook (TIL it is also called "One Outlook") and New Teams. Does anyone know where these executables are located on the local disk? I've searched through the following folders to no avail, but maybe I'm missing something:

30 cze 2019 · In Outlook you can see the availability of users next to their name thanks to Lync Skype Teams etc. This has disappeared for two users and I have not been able to find a fix. It's greyed out in Outlook: File > Options > People and in. Teams: Settings >Register Teams as the chat app for Office the option is already selected.
