14 mar 2024 · Use the Turn on shared calendar improvements option for users who have edit permissions to a shared calendar to improve performance. When you enable this option, calendar actions are sent directly to the server instead of having to be synchronized from local storage.
If you're using a work or school account or personal account in Outlook, you can send a sharing invitation to other users so they can view your calendar from within their own Outlook Calendar list. Calendar sharing isn't limited to the default Calendar folder that's created in all Outlook profiles.
You can give someone in your organization permission to manage your Outlook calendar by granting them edit or delegate access. When you assign edit permissions, the person you're sharing has the ability to view and make changes to your calendar.

24 sie 2024 · Improved shared calendars experience. We have dramatically improved the reliability and sync latency for shared calendars and delegated calendars in Outlook across platforms. You might have already noticed some of these enhancements if you use Outlook for Mac, Outlook on the web, or Outlook Mobile.
Accept a meeting without having to send an email response:If you select Accept > Do Not Send a Response, others can still see your response in the Tracking tab. Previously, the organizer and other attendees would not see your response if you did not explicitly choose to send one.
In Outlook, you can add calendars from your organization's directory or from the web. You can also share your own calendar for others to see or delegate access for others to edit your calendar.
