Free/Busy calendar sharing appears to no longer work within Outlook 365 (Mac - Exchange 2016 on prem). It works within webmail, but when the account is added to Outlook, the calendar doesn't appear.

2 kwi 2018 · Unfortunately, in Outlook 2016 for Mac, there do not appear to be Free/Busy publishing options in the options for the calendar. Even better would be a federation mechanism, where we could share our free/busy with another company who are using Exchange.

You can adjust your free/busy settings using Outlook for Windows or Mac. These options are not available in Outlook on the Web or Apple's Calendar application. The setting recommended below will let everyone see the subject and location of the items on your calendar (instead of just the start and end times).
