The next day, Homer stays true to his word and remains calm, though his attempts to repress his rage causes lumps to develop on his neck. However, his new calm demeanor has taken away Bart's inspiration for his cartoon, so Bart and Milhouse set up a trap for Homer to trigger another outburst.
The best line of dialogue in any Simpsons episode. Unique and hilarious. Not the Scarface monologue, but the "What is to be done with this Homer Simpson!?" outburst. Marge shutting Homer down, immediately afterwards, makes it exponentially more funny.
Plot. On April Fools' Day, Homer plays multiple pranks on Bart, including blinding Bart with tape over his eyes and spoiling a milk carton by placing it near the radiator. Angered by the numerous tricks he has fallen for, Bart decides to get revenge.
