Find information about prisoners, parolees, and probationers under supervision or discharged within three years. OTIS does not contain information about offenders beyond that period or about jails, courts, or photos.
A search result will provide information about any offender who is, or was, in a Michigan prison, on parole or probation under the supervision of the MDOC, has transferred in or out of Michigan under the Michigan Interstate Compact, or who has escaped or absconded from their sentence.
Available search fields include: gender, offender’s age (plus or minus 3 years), race and offender status. Users may enter information in any or none of these fields as desired. Generally, the more information entered, the faster OTIS will return search results.
